1. Bulk cargo transfer area
   Specialized equipment for the safe transfer of liquid cargoes (petroleum products, chemicals, food liquids) with control of the tightness and environmental friendliness of the process.
2. Transfer platforms
   The terminal has two specialized reloading areas: for manual handling of individual cargoes, as well as for pallet reloading using warehouse equipment.
3. Indoor warehouse
   An enclosed storage area for goods requiring special conditions (protection from moisture and dust). It is equipped with accounting and video surveillance systems.
4. Container site
   A spacious storage area for shipping containers with the possibility of multi-tiered placement.
5. Bulk cargo handling area
   It is equipped for handling bulk materials (grain, coal, mineral fertilizers). Includes dust suppression and weight control systems.
6. Fumigation site
   A specially equipped area for phytosanitary cargo handling in accordance with international standards. Provides pest protection and compliance with quarantine requirements.

Technical equipment

      The terminal is equipped with modern loading and unloading equipment:

• 2 reach stackers — for rapid movement and stacking of containers;

• loader — for handling heavy and oversized loads;

• kara (warehouse loader) — for maneuverable handling of pallets and piece loads in a covered warehouse and transfer areas.

Transport accessibility

      The terminal has direct access to the railway line, which allows:

• receive and dispatch container trains;

• to carry out cargo transshipment between railway and motor transport;

• optimize multimodal transportation.
